Today morning I was listening to a motivation call and it just hit me. It was very powerful and the message just stuck in my head for the whole day. I decided to put those words on paper so that I can get back to it whenever I feel like that. But since I would be the only one who could see that, I rather share these thoughts with you in a new post. I hope it will be useful for you, too. The session was about success, what does it take to be successful. Why so many people are struggling and don’t get anywhere with their dreams.
It’s when we say to ourselves: I’ve got lots of time. I’ve got to give myself an opportunity to make the things perfect (whatever you’re working on), to make this sales-funnel perfect, I have to wait for my coach/mentor to call me back, I have to make sure that my marketing is in place, etc…
This is a sad illusion, this belief that there’s plenty of time. The fact is you have less time than you probably think you have. If you start to think how much time you wasted in the past, or that time is just slipping through your fingers probably you don’t feel very good about it. If you could use that wasted time now for building your success, you wish you could have that time back, but it’s not possible and anyway, you shouldn’t think like this.
Instead, you have to ask yourself: what can I do with the time I have left?
Act now, do whatever you need to do NOW.
Whatever it is, do it now, start it today. Stop waiting for better circumstances, stop waiting for better timing, start building the bridge from where you are now to where you want to be. There is always something you can be doing right now to achieve your goals!
You might say: I don’t start it because I need money or I need more time. I need more information or support. I need this tool and then the other one… First I have to get that money, I have to learn things before I could implement anything. It’s wrong!
The REALITY is you will never have all that you need or more specifically all that you THINK you need. Even if you have it all, it can’t replace ACTION.
Everyone else is better qualified, smarter, better equipped, better funded or you think it’s just easier for them.
You are building up a wall of excuses to stay safe, to stay secure in that pain. People rather stay stuck because the idea of moving forward and taking action is scarier than being stuck in the pain they’re in.
There are people in financial difficulties or who hate their jobs or careers. There are people stuck in terrible relationships, but they don’t move because it takes courage and action.
The truth is it’s not better or easier for other people, everybody has his own challenges. It’s what we choose to make of it, how we choose to rise above our challenges and how we choose to make decisions that will take us from where we are to where we truly want to be. That takes courage, that takes vision and that really takes a person who’s willing and ready to succeed to take that kind of action.
Be prepared: It’s not going to happen – you have to take the ownership, you have to take the control of our life. You are the one and only who is responsible for your life. Your success depends on you and nobody else.
You can start creating success not tomorrow, not next week, not after you get your things done. You can start building your business right here, right now.
Because too many people put off their dream for another time, waiting for better circumstances, waiting for their ship to come in. But these people are missing the main point: nothing changes until they do.
Nothing will change until you say: I’m going to change it and the change begins with me.
Go out there and get it!
1. It all depends on YOU – you have time for what you make time for.
2. If you choose a business where most of the things are done for you, then you only have one task to do.
3. You can start and grow your own online business with only 1-3 hours per day.
